1. Nemo Dolphinarium (Odessa, Ukraine

    Creating a successful marketing strategy to market the first facility of a chain of dolphinariums. We not only developed a business concept, but also planned advertising campaigns, participated in show productions and much more. As a result, the object became the most attractive tourist object in the South of Ukraine! And today Nemo Dolphinarium is the most successful tourist location in Odessa.

2. Banquet House "Renaissance"

    The most successful banquet facility in the south of Ukraine was formed with our developments in business strategy and architectural and construction planning. We brought not only business model changes to the facility, but also added a number of important changes during the construction phase for more successful future operation of the business. All of the additions, including the first period of integration into the management of the facility, resulted in an amazingly fast return on investment and made the facility the best in its business area.

3. office spaces "Open Space" (Odessa, Ukraine)

    For this project, we developed a solution to create a public space in the office using the open space concept. We also added cafe and mini-library areas, which made the office space not only convenient for work, but also pleasant for visitors.

4. Restaurants, pastry shops, catering

    We not only opened several restaurants and a patisserie. But we also independently developed design concepts, menus and everything that made the restaurants attractive to visitors. And the integration of catering services into the business model increased the portfolio of services and, accordingly, the business component of each facility.

5. Riviera Beach Complex (Odessa, Ukraine)

    For this project, we proposed a solution to increase the restaurant's evening traffic and utilize the maritime pier as a banqueting area for events. The added elements, such as outdoor wedding ceremonies, increased revenue by 300% in a short time. We also revised the layout, improving the event and restaurant areas.

6. Tourist location / Resort town (Black Sea coast)

     We developed a large resort location/resort residential project including a hotel, townhouses, villas, beaches and a park. We completed the planning phase and developed a concept for the location which was to be an attractive tourist destination. Although the project was not finalized due to force majeure (war), the concept remains relevant and promising.
