Introduction
Thousands of ‘experts’ today offer their support to millions of people looking for answers. Business, spiritual practices, self-development... The information field is overloaded with trainings, courses, diplomas, quick fixes and promises of instant transformation. Streams of ‘knowledge’ are replaced by streams of new ‘techniques’, achievements become attributes, and the appearance of success - an end in itself.... But alas, in the midst of this endless movement, the very essence of mentoring is lost. People stop seeing the difference between a coach and a mentor, between someone who teaches a discipline and someone who changes your consciousness! 
People looking online for answers often don't realise that the quick fix they find will never break the cycle of their immediate problem. All of this creates an icy wall. A wall between them and those who could help them, but will not be able to do so, for an objective reason! The reason for the endless failures of those who have become disillusioned with the quest itself.
Mentorship is not a path, but a guide to realisation!
To go beyond your boundaries, you must first see what they are, what they are, and where each one originates.Understand them and understand the reasons why they have become real to you. Sometimes this is hard to do on your own! Perhaps that's why some people consciously seek out a mentor and most will never even consider it. But this is the decision of the strong. A weak person will not seek out a mentor, because weakness is a characteristic of having an inflated superiority over one's own problems and not accepting their existence!
A mentor is not someone who will open the locked doors in front of you, but someone who will help you see that those doors exist. Someone who will allow you to find in your mind the keys to most of the doors previously locked in front of you!
Choosing a mentor is not about choosing a specific person. It's about being ready to be heard. And if you are ready, sooner or later he will appear in your life!
A REAL MENTOR DOESN'T TEACH
He reveals the veil that hides your own understanding. He does not dictate rules, but his presence changes the perception of the usual reality. He is the link between what you already know and what you have yet to realise. His methods are individualised, because they are created together with you and directly to your mould.
True development is not possible alone. We are always in dialogue - not only with others, but also with ourselves. And in this dialogue sooner or later there appears a person whose words do not cause resistance, but make you think. Their presence does not require recognition, but changes perception.

Mentorship is not about transferring knowledge, it is about expanding the boundaries of consciousness! We are used to thinking that knowledge is a structure that is passed from one person to another. That there is a teacher and a student. But even this role changes because the teacher always remains a student and the student one day becomes a teacher. Each of us at some point in our lives finds ourselves at a point of choice. We feel like we are standing still, that reality is a chaotic set of events, that circumstances are stronger than we are. But mentoring helps us see connections where before there were only walls.
The world is not chaotic. It is structured.
The only question is to what extent we can see these structures and know how to manage them.
In this section, I will not offer you a magic pill. But I will help you start to recognise the doors that used to seem like walls. Eastern martial arts is not only about strength, but also about mastery of controlling the opponent's energy, balance between defence, attack and control. It is the same in DIALOGUE: some rush into attack, others defend, but those who have a strategy win. However, different situations call for different approaches and strategies!
KUNG-FU - teaches precise and lightning fast strikes that leave no chance for a counter attack. In verbal combat, it is the art of formulating thoughts in such a way that the opponent is in a weak position before he realises it. Aikido shows how to redirect the opponent's power against himself. So in a conversation, instead of direct conflict, you can use his arguments, forcing him to come to the necessary conclusion. Judo - gives an understanding of how to block another's aggression, creating situations in which the opponent loses his balance and cannot continue the fight. And this is just the beginning of your future practices and new skills!
My methods are not just a theory on how to win arguments or avoid conflicts. It is a conscious approach to managing the dynamics of communication, transforming chaos into order, emotions into arguments, and aggression into constructive dialogue.
