    The work of the Creative Support project, initially within the "Show Centre" company, and its subsequent independent period, can be divided into several areas:

    Creative Support initially focused on marketing and events in the event sector. However, until 2022 it has already had a number of established companies and projects, restaurants and cafes... And in 2022 a number of ideas for new projects and companies for the IT sector and beyond were generated. A few examples of the project activities below.

All ideas of these projects are developed by us for different spheres of services! Show business, tourism and leisure, aesthetic medicine and beauty... I'm sure that soon we will find partners to develop these areas!

    We also developed ideas for three global resources: the video constructor «BANK OF CONGRATULATIONS», the design start-up «ARCHITECTURAL BANK», and the software / social network «MY FAMILY WORLD».

    In our opinion, all 3 projects have the potential to create a small revolution in their fields. The first product is likely to change the field of holiday video greetings, the second will create new opportunities for customers and architects (designer, constructor...) and the third will probably be created either as a new social network or to complement the services of one of the previously created! However, we still have a long way to go in finding partners and investors for these projects.

    It is difficult to list all the large and small products created by Creative Support over more than twenty years. However, I hope that some of the above items are enough to form an opinion of us!

     Every businessman looks for a balance between income, asset preservation, investments, risks and guarantees of stability... Until not so long ago, banks were the world's guarantor of stable money storage. However, after a series of crises, banks have rebranded themselves as relatively stable and now fee-paying depositories for savings. RIVIER DEVELOPMENT (Odesa, Ukraine)

    At the request of a well known Odesa real estate development company we developed a variant of use of the existing terraces at the territory of a big residential multifunctional complex.

    The problem was to create objects attractive for renting. A number of nuances had to be taken into account: the view, the complex geometry of the site, the specifics of access... The geological features of the plots were not unimportant. However, the basic task was to develop a possibility to move the facilities to a new location in case of targeted re-profiling of the allotted land plots.

    We solved all design challenges, including the technically designed modularity of the design!

RENESSANCE Banqueting House (Odesa, Ukraine)

    Our first task in consulting (at the stage of construction) was to take into account the flow of visitors at full occupancy of the facility.

    Additional zones for chill out, comfortable areas for shows... In the process of construction / design consulting, we have made several radical changes in the original draft of the complex. For the sake of some changes, part of the floor of the complex was re-purposed. The stage area, dressing rooms were completely changed... After the construction we continued to support the facility as a partner company. 

    And today we can proudly say that it was during our mutually beneficial co-operation that the complex not only became the best banqueting complex in Ukraine, but also paid off for all the construction and operational costs in the shortest possible time (much earlier than the projected dates!).

RIVIERE beach complex (Odesa, Ukraine)

     In cooperation with the beach complex, we received a request to dramatically increase the evening traffic of the restaurant...

    A proposal was made to increase the existing small marina to a banquet area with seating for up to 60 guests! The canopy slab was also changed, ensuring that banquets could be held during bad weather. The space was supplemented with a protruding area for wedding ceremonies. In addition, the streams of visitors were separated by creating separate transits for the banqueting and restaurant parts.

    These solutions increased the restaurant's total evening profit by more than 200%. This was double the maximum predicted positive result! 

FLOWER MARKET

    This project consisted of the planning and construction of a park pavilion/flower market.

    In the end, it was to be a beautiful flower boutique with ivy wrapped around the façade and a fountain at the entrance... The building should not conflict with the architecture of the existing structures in the square and should complement the overall ensemble.

    In the end, the client changed the intended use of the project and realised it as a beautiful conservatory on his private property...

Touristic location / RESORT TOWN (Black Sea coast)

    4 hotel sections, 2 lines of townhouses, 30 private houses with swimming pools, 12 villas, a large swimming pool, a park, a promenade, banqueting halls, car parks, glamping behind the property... 

    And this is just the first draft of a large resort location that we commissioned before the war in Ukraine began. We completed the first phase of planning and had to move on to design approval. But alas, the war prevented the plan from being realised and all that remains of it is this plan.

     However, we believe that perhaps we can still return to continue working on this project!

The Most Beautiful Sunset View in Odesa (Odesa, Ukraine)

    This is what this project solution sounds like. Our client approached us with a question of how to use a minimal site to create a business model, albeit not a large one, but an original one.

    After examining the pros and cons of the area it was proposed to build a small house for daily rent. The proposed format "The Most Beautiful Sunset View in Odesa" consisted of a cozy layout with two terraces, a modern fireplace in the bedroom, three original photo locations, and parking for one car built into part of the structure.

    And the stunning views of the Odesa bay and the sunset set the stage for the project to be booked up to 3 months in advance long before completion. 

Office space in the forest for the residents of a VIP building site (Odesa, Ukraine)

    This project was the realization of a set of vip cottages located in a wooded area! The company, the owner of the territory, was looking for a distinction from similar projects. The company, the owner of the property, was looking for distinction in similar projects. The proposal was to integrate into the surrounding space mini-offices separate from the main house.

    In the end, the integration of this exclusive offer in the form of office spaces (as gifts to each property) resulted in the fastest possible sale of the entire complex.

NEMO International Dolphinarium Network (Odesa, Ukraine)

    We have signed a marketing contract to market the first facility of the NEMO dolphinarium chain! The project became not only successful, but also is presented today in many countries of the world! 

    Today we can confidently say that it is the brightest example among Odesa tourist facilities! The created strategy has contained not only the business component, but also the arrangement of the surrounding space, which today can be called one of the most beautiful in the city!

    Our marketing specialists and the strategy created in the first year can be proud of the fact that some of the successful solutions, many years later, continue to apply and bring benefits in all the objects of the network! 

Open Space project (Odesa, Ukraine)

   The project was created for the owner of an office space, where the owner's needs were limited to only 10% of the area, and the rest of the territory was free.

    We created a public space on the rest of the territory. And we managed to connect all the parts in such a way that everyone who came to visit the company perceived the whole space as an office, and whoever came to the space considered it as a successful project in the style of modern OPEN SPACE.

    The premises include a pastry shop, a cosy café, a professional kitchen, a conference and photo exhibition room, a mini library... 

Restaurant projects and not only (Odesa, Ukraine)

   A number of real estate projects involves complex placement of restaurants, cafes... 

    Our experience in work with such objects is own 3 restaurants and more than 20 years experience in cooperation with more than 100 restaurants all over Ukraine in our project Show Centre!

Royal Rent Company (Odesa, Ukraine)

    This is not a standard solution for us, as we do not work in the field of transport services. However, when we were approached with the question of setting up a vip car fleet, we developed Royal Rent for the owner. 

    Today it is a successful company with over a decade of experience in the vip transport market!
