This project is our first experiment in the pastry field... But we decided not to play it long and took the best from the field... Before opening, our pastry chefs visited all available pastry workshops and gathered in one place only the perfect solutions.
A lot could be written about the place but photos say much more than words... 
Several variants of interior in one place! From classic and emphasizing a business meeting to a cozy format, where you can sit all day with friends over a cup of coffee. And that's with a VIP room for private business meetings and an area for small art exhibitions, press conferences...
The uniqueness of this format was underlined not only by non-standard solutions in the interior, because the most important thing in this place were the tastes! It was they that became the hallmark of this place and were remembered by each and every one of our visitors!
The recipes were not only taken from the hands of the best chefs in the confectionary art, but also refined to the author's ones already with our confectioners in our confectionary "laboratory"!
Unfortunately, after the outbreak of war we had to disband the team, and now our pastry chefs are already working in restaurants in Switzerland (and not only), and we are waiting for the war to be over and maybe we will revive the project again!
A second option would be to open an establishment with our recipes in one of the European countries. But we still have a long way to go to find partners for that!
p.s. Below I have attached some photos of the establishment itself and of the desserts. Unfortunately you can't taste the flavors from the photos, but I think if you often visit pastry shops, even the photos can tell you a lot about the quality of our work!
