Gastro Pub FISHKA...! At the time of integrating this idea with the menu and design, we didn't yet know exactly how bright both would turn out...
The initial focus of the project was on the menu. Our two chefs had a daily challenge to surprise all our guests and friends each time they came in!
Despite the fact that, for example, our sushi was considered the best in town (according to guests), we periodically introduced new items to the menu in the form of golden sushi, sushi with black rice...
We were happy to see how our experiments with a seemingly standard dish like dumplings (we introduced dumplings with prawn and scallop, duck, boar meat...) delighted all the visitors. And we were proud to see that the menu of the same dishes was changing with us at our renowned fellow restaurateurs.
Without stopping for a single day, we were constantly experimenting, changing familiar flavours and opening up new horizons in the dishes we were used to!
And if you consider the restaurant's extensive menu, you can be sure that our guests would find something special for themselves every time.
But only if we talk about the menu. However, the design of the place was also very creative and included a huge number of different tricks (by the way, the name comes from it). Guests of the restaurant did not use, as usual, their phones, but walked around the area taking a million selfies and planning a monthly photo program for themselves on social networking sites...!
It wasn't just a restaurant; it was a kind of 'love'!
That said, not all restaurant projects are created for the long term. Some establishments are flashes of brilliance for the price and subsequent profitable sale of the project. Such was the case with this object. We sold the successful business project, and the work on it has already continued by another owner!
