There are many ways in which we come to our first restaurant... Someone has to walk this path from the inside. First as a waiter or chef, then as a restaurant manager. And then, after finding an investor, becoming a part-owner of their restaurant. Some might just invest in another business project. And some may fall in love with the idea and go after it, pushing all the barriers in the way.

    But however you come up with your first restaurant, it's likely to be your "first love" and for life! And whether you stop there or continue on your winning ways will only depend on you.

    They say that restaurateurs are romantics, adventurers and businessmen all in one... Don't argue with this statement, it is 100% true.

    I have been lucky enough to co-create, write, co-own and own a number of restaurant projects. And also fell "lottery ticket" in the form of war, during which I had to close all the active projects ... However, needless to say, that every businessman always has the opportunity to repeat everything, the main thing is to want to. And what has worked more than once will work again and again!
