Mum, let's play... Grandpa, shall we go out today? Daddy, let's draw together... Grandma, make me some cakes... Mummy, I love you...

    And many other requests, wishes, words of love... They will never come out of the mouths of more than 450 children who died during the war in Ukraine... And these are just the official statistics! Officials believe the number could be three times as high, but as long as hostilities are going on, it is impossible to establish an exact figure!

    Yes, in many cities in Ukraine and Europe since the start of the war there have been many rallies calling for this horror in Ukraine to be stopped. And one of the aims of such actions was to let the world know how many children have already died in the fighting. But this is infinitely too little to stop the pain, it can hardly be soothed...

    It is important to carry this pain through the years and decades into the future! Children's toys, children's shoes, children's prams... Every time the organizers tried to find a new key to people's hearts.

    I would like to propose my own variant and create a memorial monument with voices. Voices that once sounded joyful, but now no one will hear them anymore, except those who have managed to survive. Those in whose minds they will resound for the rest of their lives, causing unbearable pain and the question, "Why...?"

    Imagine a quiet place in a park, where among the greenery and trees there will be a small green labyrinth, part of which will be ivy-covered elements of war-damaged buildings.

    But apart from the visual memory of the tragedy of the twenty-first century, there WILL BE THE VOICES... Quietly and barely audible... THE REAL VOICES of those children who will never return... Cheerful and calm, sad and happy... Real, real, recorded when the children were still alive... We would like people to hear them all!

    And perhaps, if there are several such monuments in the world, one day there, among the visitors, may be someone who could have given a new order for war after a while, but will not... Although this is just a hope... After all, war is always started by people, and only grief stops it... But to avoid starting it, grief must be remembered!

    We will look for those who will help us make this idea a reality, and hopefully we will find them! Ukrainian cities, European cities, charitable foundations... If you read this project and would like to help us, we would be happy to discuss it with you!
